We pour concrete roof slabs, seal them, and build the houses underneath. One crew lead stays on your job from the first pour to the last coat, so the person who quoted the price is the person on the roof.

Watch one lot go up.

Watch one lot go up.

  1. An empty lot with the outline of a villa drawn over it in glowing blue lines.
    Drawings and permitsPlan

Every roof starts as lines on paper. We survey the lot, draw the slab once and price it before anyone lifts a tool.

  2. The same lot with a concrete slab and steel rebar standing up from it.
    Rebar and concreteFoundation

Steel tied, slab poured, then the concrete gets the time it needs to cure.

  3. Grey block walls and columns standing open to the sky.
    Block and columnsWalls

Reinforced columns and block, laid course by course the way houses go up on this island.

  4. The block shell with a poured concrete roof slab, still propped with timber.
    Formwork and pourRoof

The slab is poured in one day and propped until it carries its own weight.

  5. The villa in white stucco with a timber pergola, before the pool and planting.
    Seal and finishFinishes

Membrane and screed go on before the paint does. Then stucco, glass and the pergola.

  6. The finished villa with its lights on, a pool and young palms.
    HandoverHome

Lights on. The crew that poured the slab hands you the keys and the warranty.

You see the price before we touch the roof.

Two of us come with a camera and a moisture meter. We photograph what we find and go through the pictures with you on the spot.

Scope, materials and one price in writing within 48 hours. If the roof shows us more once it is open, we stop and ask before we spend your money.

One crew from start to finish. We cover your terrace and plants, keep the site clean and send a photo update each evening.

We walk the roof with you, hand over the warranty and the photo record, then come back after the first heavy rain to check.

Look closer at one house.

Point at a marker, or tap it. Each one is a place we check on every job.
